Cancellation policy

NON REFUNDABLE.

The 50% will be charged when the reservation will be created. Balance will be charge at check in.

In case of a cancellation of the reservation 60 days upon arrival, free cancellation.

In case of a cancellation of the reservation, between 60 days upon arrival, a penalty of 100% will be charged.

If there is cancellation due to force majeure, you can claim a voucher or change the date of your stay.

In case of no-show a penalty of 100% will be charged.

The deposit will be saved as a credit for 1 year which you can use to visit us at a later date. If the credit is not used, the amount will not be refunded

Cancellation terms.

100% payment upon check in, pay in advance is not required.

Unless the particular conditions of a promotion specify otherwise, in case of a cancellation of the reservation more than 5 days before arrival, the hotel will not make any charge.

If you cancel with less than 5 days notice or no show, you will be charged a penalty of the equivalent of one night´s stay.

These special conditions of refundable fare may be modified by a promotion that specifies it.
